RevupSaas is a done-for-you cold email agency for B2B SaaS companies. We manage sending infrastructure, targeting, copy, and campaign optimization, and we report on one number: meetings booked with buyers who replied.

Who we are

Sahil Tiwari, Founder. Sahil has spent his career building B2B SaaS sales functions, most of it in developer and testing tools where the buyer is technical and the deal starts with a cold conversation.

Most recently he was VP of Sales at Nudgebee, where he ran a zero-to-one GTM motion for a new product line: outbound built on Clay, Outreach, and HeyReach, 350+ discovery conversations with directors, SREs, and DevOps leaders, and over $2M in pipeline generated. Before that he spent three years at LambdaTest, first leading a sales pod against a $1.5M quota, then promoted to build the global account management function: a ~$4.5M book of business, a seven-person global team, and multiple six-figure enterprise deals. Earlier he led sales at Saama, where he built the outbound motion for a new analytics product line, hired a nine-person sales and marketing team, and closed million-dollar enterprise deals at 170–200% of target; and at BrowserStack, where he hired and ran the SDR team through the company's $40M-to-$100M growth phase.

Across all of it the pattern was the same: pipeline stalls not because the product is wrong, but because outbound is built badly: the wrong ICP, unwarmed domains, and copy nobody would reply to. He started RevupSaas to run that function properly for SaaS teams who'd rather buy the outcome than hire and train the team. He still works directly on ICP definition and campaign strategy for every account.

How we work

Every engagement follows the same sequence, and we don't skip steps to look fast:

  1. Dedicated infrastructure first. We register separate sending domains and mailboxes. Your primary domain never sends cold volume, so it can't be damaged by one.
  2. Full authentication. SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are configured and verified before a single campaign email goes out.
  3. Warmup over 2 to 3 weeks. Volume ramps gradually. Anyone promising meetings in week one is skipping this and spending your deliverability to do it.
  4. ICP definition and copy. A strategist works out who actually buys and why, then writes sequences in your voice. You approve every sequence before it sends.
  5. Weekly review. We cut what isn't converting and scale what is, in a shared Slack channel with you.

What we will tell you honestly

  • Outbound doesn't work for every offer. If your ACV is too low to justify a sales conversation, we'll say so on the intro call rather than take the retainer.
  • Results depend on your market, list quality, and offer. Published averages are averages, not forecasts.
  • You own the domains, the data, and the copy. If you leave, they leave with you.

How we measure results

We report sends, replies, positive replies, and booked meetings every week. Reply rate is the leading indicator; booked meetings is the number that matters. Open rate is not a metric we optimize for, because Apple Mail Privacy Protection made it unreliable in 2021.

Compliance

We follow CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and regional B2B outreach rules: accurate sender identity, a working unsubscribe on every email, honored suppression lists, and business-contact targeting only. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.
